• We can’t ship to PO boxes or Parcel drop zones so please provide a residential address.

• Satchels with tracking are automatically labelled as "Authority to Leave", which means that they do not require a signature. By clicking purchase you agree and understand the conditions

• If you have selected “Standard shipping - No tracking” please be aware that if your package goes missing it is not our responsibly to refund or reimburse you in anyway. You have agreed in a legal binding contract that you understand the risks involved. If you are concerned about the whereabouts of your order and you have selected Standard shipping - No tracking” we will not be able to track it or reimburse you at any cost.
